Management Team
We are a Nidhi company where only members can transact business. The company has the approval from Govt., of India, Ministry of Corporate Affairs. Activities of our company are closely monitored and controlled by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (Govt. of India). Like all financial institutions, we comply with all necessary operating guidelines such as, Capital Adequacy, Unencumbered Term Deposits etc. We can lend only against a security of gold and against our fixed deposits.
At present working of the Company is under the direct supervision of our MD, Mr. Davis A Palathingal. The main objective of the Company is to encourage and afford all facilities for cultivating thrift, saving habits and to render all financial assistance to its members by receiving long and short term deposits as stated by law.

Mr. Davis A Palathingal
Mr. Davis A Palathingal is the fourth eldest son of Mr. P.K Antony. After completing his studies from Christ College Irinjalakuda, he stepped in to the family business. With his hard work and dedication, he has made sure that he carries his father’s legacy forward. He has been leading the Welfare Group, with the same intensity and the code of ethics that he learned from his father. He is now serving as the State President of the Nidhi Companies Association (NCA) in Kerala. He is an active member and the former state President of the Kerala Gold & Silver Dealers Association (KGSDA), a member of the All Kerala Private Bankers Association (AKPBA), a member of the Triprayar Sports & Games Association (TSGA), a former Secretary of Lions Club of Kattoor and also a former Treasurer of the Alapatt Palathingal Tharavattu Yogam Charitable Society.

Mr. John Davis Palathingal
Mr. John Davis Palathingal completed his B.Tech studies from Sahrdaya College of Engineering & Technology, Thrissur in the field of Electronics & Communication in the year 2010. After his college studies he joined an American based E-commerce start up company, Power-lite Software Solutions (ICAPSI CORP.) based in Irving, Texas and worked for them for almost 2 years. Coming from a business family, his entrepreneurship ideas took over and started a proprietorship firm named ‘Welfare Infotech’ in 2012. It’s a E-Commerce firm specialised in Webstore Management. John is an active member and the past President of the Leo Club of Kattoor (a Lions Club initiative). He is also the Treasurer of the Alapatt Palathingal Tharavattu Yogam, a family association intended for the well being of it’s members and carrying out several charitable activities for the society.

Ms. Ann Joseph
Ann is a post graduate in M.Com, Finance from St. Mary’s College, Thrissur. She did her B.Com degree in Finance at St. Thomas College, Thrissur. She joined our director board in the year 2023. She is currently working as a Senior Manager at Welfare Infotech, a firm specialised in E-Commerce Webstore Management.
